Discover Mythic Park
The cross-border mythi park connects the Rodik village in Slovenia and the Mošćenička Draga region in Croatia creating a unique presentation of a mythical landscape in a European setting. In the midst of this unspoilt
nature and traditional architecture, thematic routes and visitor centres will help you to experience a mythical perception of the world from a previous age.
A visit to both parts of the park is enhanced by the visitor centers, where we can experience a mythical experience of the world. While we learn about Slavic mythology in Trebišća, we can also experience different world views over time covering mythical, scientific and artistic aspects in Rodik through the ages.
Fragments of this mythical tradition, which refer to a specific place on the thematical routes, are presented in spaces using artistic stone markers and sculptures. A unique experience of nature where artistic and mythical expression intertwine.
As we discover these mysterious places along the thematic trails, mythical stories are revealed through an audio-visual guide (Mythic park app). The discovery of this otherwise invisible mythical landscape is further enhanced by an entertaining exploration challenge for the curious, young and old alike. Visitors can find treasure by solving puzzles and entering the mysterious world of mythical creatures.
